how to write add_opinion console command

can someone write an example that works of how to change germany opinion of poland to 100 in the positive?

i know the country tags but this command never works. always says missing target countrys tag, when i have both tags

add_opinion GER POL does not work

you dont use 2 tags.

Pretty sure you have to tag switch if you're trying to do it on another countries behalf.
