Bella Ciao keeps playing every time the Italian civil war starts

Literally every time Italy splits into two, all I hear is BELLA CIAO CIAO CIAO! I have disabled the track but it keeps playing. Is this a bug or a skill issue?

It plays automatically, this is done intentionally by the devs. Nothing you can do unless you mute your music in-game or go into the code and remove the play_song effect.
