How to remove sectarian woes

is there a way to get rid of the sectarian woes without going left side of focus tree (democratic way or adnan menderes's country leader wy)

I stayed secular, cored the 4 kurdish provinces but am unable to convertthe remaining traditionalist provinces. the re are 3 left, which are "placated". I dont have any decisions left that would help me in this. the "secular" option of law 3115 group disappeared a long time ago and the "hold a march" in the fundamentalist management group is greyed out due to placated status in the remaining provinces. though i dont know whether that tunrs them into secular provinces. nothing left in the focus trees too...

man I played HOI4 for 300 hours... and I have to say the sectarian minigame for Turkey is one huge mess.
After 3 hours of playing Turkey...I have no idea what I am at this stage. I am Fachist 80% of I still have the woeful ♥♥♥♥ going on. No idea how to get rid it........
