HOI4 TNO Black League Question

Playing the black league and the next part of the focus tree hasnt loaded in for ages. I pacified the cities and beat everyone up in the Smuta but now im stuck with the gathering strength beginning and our authority secured ending focus tree. I succesfully defeated the rebels with that base mini game expecting for a new focus tree to appear. Currently Im stucked pilling up PP in 1966, wondering if the game has bugged, there isnt any more content or if i have to wait even longer for it to appear. Is there any more content? Or should I just abandon the game.

Tends to happen. I played as Novosibirsk, and I can assure you that you just need to wait until 1969 to beat up West Russia.

Yeah as YeahTaria said the Russian warlords have a lot a waiting around. It would be better if they didn't give most of the warlords short focus trees where you have 1 or 2 years worth of focuses and events while you have to wait 3 years until you can attack the next warlord.
