Low FPS No matter what

Is it just normal that this game is strangely low FPS? I have an RTX 3060 and an Ryzen 7 6800H, Is it just normal?

Its bothering me a lot.

I have a NVIDIA GeForce RTS 4070 Ti SUPER, AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core, and 64 GB Ram and i am still only max 30-70 fps.

Try putting -USEALLAVAILABLECORES in the lunch properties.

That's actually decent to good performance for the game. I have a top gaming PC and it's around 40 fps. A new high game performance PC will have worse performance in this game.

That don't matter. I get as low as 8 fps in 1945+ but it doesn't matter. Its a strategy game.

The game likes modern CPU’s with high cache amounts like the R7 5800x3D or 7800xD which I have. You’ll notice a huge speed up and fps improvement.

That CPU you listed only has 16MB of cache. A lot of laptop i7’s have 30MB of cache which is better but no where near the x3D’s 96MB of L3 cache.
