Bike infantry
Played my first round of hoi4 as japan and I tried making a division of just them but it really hurt my resources. Is there another country that has these dudes and can make them work well?

The supplies are worse for Japan. I have to build twice the amount of railways to use bikes. It's makes bikes rather useless in Asia. Soviet Union and Japan are like train tycoons. I believe Netherlands, or Belgium can get bikes.

sweden can also have bikes, bikes for japan are cool if u wanna rp, theiyr basicly the same as infantry but a lil faster and need support equipment

Alright thats very helpful maybe ill try giving the netherlands or belgium on my next playthough. Thanks for the help!

Only the Netherlands can get them maybe when Belgium gets a focuses tree but as of right now only the Dutch can get them

What do you mean "hurt my resources" op? Like they're too expensive?

I used them a bunch just kinda metal horses.

Italy can also get bikes with a focus about bergsalieri iirc.

yeah i ended up always needing more mats from other countries which ended up bottle necking them quite a bit. after a few years of using them I had to switch them back to just infantry to stay afloat. So I guess I was just looking for an answer on which country and make the most out of them without losing an arm
