Also I see the command for fuel but what about all the other resources? (Steel, tungsten, rubber, etc?)
I had typed “fow” to see all the countries of the world. With “it” enabled and running on fast-forward. No new divisions or ships were created on a daily basis that I could see.
Compare that with “ic” enabled and fast-forward your game. You would have Great Britain or German Reich develop ships and submarines at a shockingly fast pace. Great Britain ended up having 400 ships with at least 50 of them being capital ships as a Home Fleet at 1937.
The wiki says “it” affects at and that is wrong. I think. That’s a good thing though. I just want to buff the Player country.
Manpower does not break the game, it is exclusive to the country you're playing as.
There is no way, without mods/cheat mods to add resources to provinces and develop regions further.
