Trouble with HOI IV is that you can't really go beyond WWII as you can keep armies in the field that are too big and the tech runs out.
It'd have to be a huge DLC though.
It's got an atom bomb. Only two got dropped in WWII (and none since) so I'd like to think that's a clue.
Probably isn't though.
If it's a grand strategy version of Castle Wolfenstein, I'm out of here.
Please tell me it isn't. Oh god, it is...
They would have to slow down the gameplay a lot, which i would love.
This^^
Don't bother with nukes anymore as the game is usually over long before they're ready.
And once you get good at HOI IV, it's usually over long before 1945.
Might seem weird but I always play on the slowest setting these days. I like to feel like I'm in for the long haul, not racing for Berlin from 1941.
Nothing in the trailer that looks PTO-related (unless you count an Atom Bomb, of course) but the PTO could do with an overhaul. Island hopping should be a pleasure (irony intended).
But it may be so that there will be more things that you need to do to get nukes? Aka delay them more… unles you manage to get some special events to tricker… maybe, maybe…
I was thinking that. If only I could decipher it.
Unfortunately, I can't. Anyone have a better go?
So yeah, most likely total rework of Germany + either nuclear rework or Wunderwaffe.
