Anyway to disable dlc permanently?

Made the mistake of buying Battle of the Bosphorous, wouldn't let me refund cause it said I've played Hoi4 for longer then 2 hours, they refused to even check my refund request because of that.
Because of the ♥♥♥♥ launcher i have to keep disabling that dlc every single time I try to play, is there any way to get rid of it for good? I'd rather play a generic focus tree then these nerfed, boring ones.

If you access HoI4 via your Library, on the right there you'll see the DLCs. In the bottom left corner, you'll see Manage My # DLC. Click on that to open it and de-select the checkbox next to the DLC to uninstall it. :)

I think this answer is outdated. Open your Steam Library > right click on “Hearts of Iron IV” > left click “Properties” > on the left, left click “DLC” > check the box under “Install” accordingly.

I think you need to rethink your life choices, how on Earth did you find this topic, and why do you even reply to it when you clearly see it is from 2021, have a big report for post bumping.
