Doubtful.
Documents/Paradox/HOI/crashes, check logs why your game crashed.

If you've any mods on - turn them off, verify game files.

There are two problems here:

1) Incompatibility of mods. Try disabling some mods and logging into the game.

2) Lack of RAM.
