You need to do guardia nacional before the fall of berlin in the civil war. However this is impossible. The war goes too quick.


Anybody knows a legit way ?

Dont even try it. Its not worth it. After doing the focus tree to unite south america it changes the name from fourth reich to something else. WTF

No. Its exactly how i tho it was. In the german civil war. You need to have already the guarda nacional focus done before the capture of berlin. Which is impossible, because it happens so fast.

The only way is to cheat the event or do as i did and prevent the germans from doing it too early.
