Not a single extra core.
Not one.
No Portuguese cores, no south america cores outside of the ones I started with. Apparently, the only way they want you getting cores is through the focus tree that requires you to join the Axis.
Fighting is about as terrible as it used to be, paraguay has always been like that for some reason.

Also, no shared tree between other South American nations (Similar to Waking the Tiger) for some unknown reason. Paradox being Paradox
You'd think if there were to be South America DLC for this game, they would at least give Bolivia some content. They lost so much territory (most famously access to the sea) that there would be an entire focus tree dedicated to you reclaiming all of your lost land, but I guess not I suppose. Not going to lie I'm pretty disappointed.
But hey, my bad for preordering, I'm still gonna stick with my purchase. It isn't what I wanted but it is new content that is at least somewhat interesting. Still mad that I didn't get my cores though....
