Getting ready to give up on Millennium Dawn

i cant figure out how to get this mod to run. i played it a lot years ago but now i cant get the right version. 1.13. on top of that i cant get the mod to properly download. im extremely frustrated because ive spent hours trying to figure this out with no progress.

Have you tried Novum Vexillum? Similar game set in the early 2000s. Modern warfare.

That mod is literally Millennium Dawn 2018 version.

Tried it myself for a little bit, could not get anywhere because I kept hearing in my head 'This is so old. This is outdated. This is so primitive...'
