Province modding error

I've been changing province borders, and I've gotten this error: Province 11846 is setup as coastal but has no port building in the nudger. This will likely crash the game.
How can I correct this? Thanks

@HYDRO_PC Yes I have. You'll need to edit the buildings.txt file. Use the launcher option "-debug", load into the game so it gives the error document (Not the first one; you have to select a country and play). Look for the province id's in question and fix the issue in buildings.txt. Try and use a word processor to help find the lines in question because buildings.txt is massive.

What do I actually do in the txt?

Replace the state ID number with the ID of the state that you created. Did it just now and it worked for me
