No more core decisions (like "Nordic Union" or "North Sea Empire") as nordic countries after "Kalmar"

I watched several videos on youtube where player were able to first pick "Kalmar, later on "Nordic Union" and further on "North Sea Empire".
I tried and managed to get along after several tries with Iceland. But as soon as i push any button like "Kalmar" or "Nordic Union", the other decisions disappear forever. =(
Were they "patched away"? Or am I too dumb for this game? Or both?

You have to avoid new nordic options. But otherwise it should work, has not been trying it for a while, because too much time with nordic uniin and other new stuff!

Ok, I found the issue:
Patchnote to patch 1.13.6 (12.12.23):

-"The decisions to form a Nordic Formable Nation are now mutually exclusive with each other"

Stupid. This doesn't make sence at all. Why should the Kalmar Union not be able to develop itself to an even greater Union or Empire?!?!
Like the Finnish People would say "ok, you invaded us, but your not the Kalmar Union, so lets be the Nordic one. If you were Kalmar, we would be a pain in the ass."

Even more annoying to form the North Sea Empire now. Until you have it, you have to garrison every piece of non-core Scandi.

Stupid.
