Millenial Dawn mod. Investment ?

Using this mod, how do I invest money into other countries ? How exactly does this work ?

Click on other country province > in left corner, you've arrow up > click on it > opens investment tab.
After completed it gives you yearly profit + extra influence.

Sometimes you need to have done it to gives yourself better fighting chance (war in Afghanistan), but most of the times, it is solely for extra influence gain.

Take note, the number of days the game tells you on the province window isn't going to be correct 99% of the time. I just checked, and the game was giving me 2-3 year time scales, and then I opened the Decisions window to check, and they were more like 3-5 years.

Okay, I explained it badly, I assumed you'd have read Aluvard's comment first, and I was responding to it.

You initiate the investment here:

Select the territory, and there's a little fold-out menu at the top of the state window where the investments are. When you start the investment, a line appears in the Decision window letting you know how it's progressing. What I was saying is that the time this fold-out menu says and the Actual time the investment takes to complete are very different, close to twice as long in many cases.

Which is actually way better than older versions of MD, where it took (I kid you not) over 6000 days to complete a factory. :P

I played millenial dawn, not the one that says (outdated).
Weirdly enough, the " outdated one " allows me to play in more modern times and the current one claims that only the 2000 one is not outdated...its confusing.

According to the workshop, millenial dawn has been updated like one or two weeks ago and it also includes the ukraine war and such.
