TNO mod don't see spy agency
Hi tried playing as both germany and the USA, however it keeps telling me about spying in the decision tab, however i don't see it. I remeber playing a long time ago as germany before all the updates and it has some kind of agency, is this a bug or what?

Found it - they moved it from decisions...
Open Goverment tab (press flag or Q) > Foreign Policy; first tab is for global conflicts, second for intelligence.
