crash on launch error 3221225781

So i'm on a fresh install on win 11. When i launch HoI 4 i just get this error who told me to install visual c++ et .Net framework. The thing is they are already installed.

I have the same error (same code) with Europa 4 and stellaris (but Victoria 3 is fine tho). I have never managed to launch any of those games. Any idea?

edit: everytime i launch it it seems to try to install a directX stuff but continue with no error

and try to reinstall visual c++; it's most likely missing .dll file.
Also some anti-vir's may treat game as ransomware; open whatever anti-vir you use and game to exceptions list manually.

i already tried and it told me i already have a version. So this time i uninstalled and reinstalled with the version in _CommonRedist. But the problem is still here

Only defender. It didnt gave me any warnings tho

edit: CK 3 works it added some 2005 c++ version but that doesnt change anything for HoI4 EU4 or stellaris

Try sth for HOI - launcher > game settings change refresh rate and display settings. Check if you can launch game

Also in both games - do you have any heavily outdated mods?
Edit - add both games to defender exceptions list anyway. Won't harm you and maybe it will help.

I have already removed all my mods, this is 100% vanilla

So i try to change some settings (even try dx9 and openGL) still the same error.

First thing first - try running game directly from .exe in steam folder.

First error is launcher problem. You can try turning on beta updates for the launcher. Wait till they end updating. Then turn beta off.
Also you can try clean reinstall of launcher (with removal of all remnant files) but with downloading paradox launcher installator from their site.

2nd
Check if stellaris, hoi iv and launcher .exe have "run as administrator" option checked on. If yes turn it off (uncheck) for all .exe files.
Also add launcher to whitelist in all defender options (anti-vir, anti-ransomware etc.)

ah when i launch directly they tolds me (all 3 games) he cant find d3dx9_43.dll and in deed its not installed. But when i install directX it doesnt install it. I checked the logs of directX no 43 installed (or fail to). But i can see it in the library of the installer wtf is

Well i try everything i could find... it didnt work. I just downgraded to Windows 10 and it work first try...

the error is that there is no xinput1_3.dll in the hoi4 folder

just launch the exe for directx in steam shared , it fixes everything
