this save is from a another version and can not be loaded

I could play my savegame some hours ago but now when i try to open it it says this save is from a another version and can not be loaded while my other saves works and i dont have any mods installed, whats the problem how can i get my savegame back please help me

Documents > HOI IV > save games > open save that interest you in notepad > in first line you should have info which game version it will need.

Thank you, but in savegame it says avalanche v1.12.11.137b and this is for my other savegame that i started after i could not play the old one, old savegame was in steamcloud and i cant find it in the documents i can only see my savegames who i saved on local where can i see the savegame on steam cloud

On steam website, you get access to steam cloud page (after logging in).
