Justify Wargoal results in extreme high World Tension

So i want to conquer a piece of land from a other Nation and a single Area generates 38% World Tension?!

Is there any mod to lower that BS?
or is there any fomular on why it explodes so strongly?

Who are you justifying on? Major nations such as the soviet union or USA will result in a lot more tension generated then smaller nations such as Belgium.

You are attacking to innocent nation and wonder why other countries keep you as a war monger... In reality every other world should embargo you and start war or at least give weapons to Greece!

It works that way, because it makes sense!
So if you start to work like Nazies and conguer other countries, that is what I expect to happen! When I play nazi Sveden and remake Karmars Union. I know that rest of the world don´t like me, and neither they should not. But because this is a game and AI is brain dead I can conquer the whole world and I have no enemies at all (alive). But I know that it will happen and it is good.

On the other hand when I play Greece and Italy, Germany attack me i really hope that world tension goes up and USA and England come to help me as soon as possible! That is the other side of the coin. I don´t say is the world tension increase too big or too small, but it has be be balanced so that the game remain fun in both side and I think that my Nazi Sweaden games has been more fun that defending the Creece so in reality it seems that world tension generation is too mild. IMHO, but if it would bee higher. There would not be wars in WW2 game. But the current balance is rather good (IMHO) though harder in peacefull side.

The main thing is that if you play non historical, then world tension rise faster than it did historically, because there are those Japan and Germany and Soviet actions that increase the world tension. And what ever you do beside that accelerate the WW2.

I was just mad about the amount since it's 2 Smaller nations beefing against each other and not Germany Vs. Allies

I would expect more like 5-10% instead of just straight 38%

World Tension does not mean that much if you look at the larger picture.
Why it is specificaly 38% in your particular case I do not know.

Is Greece being guaranteed?
Is Greece in a faction?
What type of ideology does Greece have?
Have you started other wars?
etc etc...

Germany doing Anschlus is 10% world tension increase.
World Tension only affects Democratic nations and their ability on how to interact with the world.

Personally, I never pay attention to world tension. In my opinion it does not matter that much unless you want to take over democratic nations or some specific type of gameplay.

If you open the World Tension History you can see who generated world tension and how much.
