I cant find any button in the game to insist on king George VIII to marry Wallis Simpson

Research focus "A change in course" then wait for the event. In event window choose "Insist on royal marriage".

Well, we don't know if there will ever be a George VIII. I s'pose there will be some time in the future, but Wallis Simpson has been gone a long time now, let alone whenever a hypothetical George VIII is on the throne. :P

Now Edward VIII, on the other hand, has a pretty good shot at marrying her, given the right circumstances.
