How to Get Himmler as Leader of Germany?

how to get him as leader without any DLC and mods? i tried by SS coup or Czechoslovakia, but both doesn't work. Pls give advice or something.

You need to hire Himmler into your government and occupy certain non-core territories (such as France, the Benelux or Denmark). You will have the option to recruit foreign SS divisions. Make sure to recruit a small number of divisions to upset Himmler. After a while you'll get an event called "the Himmler plot" and you should click on the "we cannot challenge the SS". There is a chance that Hitler will survive the assassination attempt, although it will most likely succeed. If it doesn't succeed then you'd need to recruit more and more SS divisions and continue upsetting Himmler. If it does succeed you'd get an event that makes you choose who will lead Germany. Choose Himmler otherwise Göring will start a civil war
