Which is useless since they lack manpower and industry to do anything and more tags means more lag.
They only exists because some roleplayers wanted them.
So you dont rly need to take care about it
as for the rest, probably, but I don't mind, game runs like peepeepoopoo in the late game anyway
I care, because it adds a lot of lag. So many useless tags are unecessary.
From gameplay perspective it's better to just annex entire Germany, since Democratic nations in this game have access to only weakest form of Puppet; Supervised State, which is terrible, since it will gain autonomy automatically and in a year or two will be free and you can't stop them.
also the biggest cause of lag is navy and air units in the late game, the game cannot really handle 50K planes in 500 wings all moving, and making checks and such all the time, same with navy, so many calculations for navy happening constantly, for every country with a ship
but that's only fun a few times, why not shake it up and shatter them like a pane of tempered glass every once in a while?
Not entirely true although it is true that inactive tags contribute significantly less to lag than the tiniest inland opm with no units deployed will; there are still some calculations/checks for them.
