How fix hoi4 exit code 3221225477 bc i ve4ify files by steam and it didnt work plz help

Change renderer in game settings to Directx9 and check if game works.
If not, update GPU drivers and check if game works.
Also apparently sometimes this error in Paradox games is caused by audio software called Nahimic - if you have it, it may be the source of problems.
