Report a translation problem
I've played this game enough that problem stated above is just another in a long list of problems that the game now has. An AI that seems to get confused to the point intermingling of allied units that the battles just become a mass of CRAP ! But thanks for your response.
That’s not what OP was complaining about.
He was lamenting that Bulgaria has locked templates (like a few other nations, for example Spain), not that he cannot design 50 width division.
And that you can get behind by completing the appropriate focuses or modifying the game; you don’t need a workshop mod for something that easy, you can change the files yourself to eliminate those restrictions from the national idea.
What you’re asking is an entirely different thing and is the unlocking of the bottom tier in the actual division templates once you can edit them.
I have not found a mod that changes that (admittedly haven’t searched for it either) but there ain’t that many reason to go that big with your divisions either.
