How do U enable Developer mode?

I've been trying to Use certain console commands but it says i need to be in developer mode or somthing i don't know how to enable that so pls hlp (sorry for terrible grammer and punctuatuatiion)

I truly dont know but I must say, I would like to use the developer mode commands. Because what if you severely outnumber the enemy with Air Superiority and its like a 50 (You) vs 3 (Enemy) units but it says your losing. I would like to use the mass conquer tool but apparently, 50% of commands are locked. Like whats the use of putting the command in the console visible when no one is allowed to use it?

Yh that's why i asked on here cus im ♥♥♥♥ and i want to have fun while playing the game by dominating the soviets cus i play brazil. so im doing great i absolutlely destroy The german Reich Then Russia is like no i don't want to capitulate no, no yh send 50 nukes at me i don't care and they have so many unit's it so annoying so i want to spawn more units in.

It's actually "-debug"

It isnt working for me as i cant find any 'Launch options'

Right click on your game in the steam library. Select Properties. And it's in the bottom of the window that opens up.

Not working for me as well.
Typing -debug into launch option is just to enable the debug mode isn't it?
I'm sure it does enabled debug mode but it still can't use the spawn command

According to literal sources from Paradox's own forums, the -debug will allow you to spawn stuff as well. So unless PDX has changed it in a way that you can no longer do it (which is pretty much expected of them at this point), it should work. If it doesn't, well then you're sh*t out of luck and no one can help you.
