How to Leave Axis as Germany

Its like 1958 and I want to pit my global german empire against the rest of the world controled by Japan, Spain, Iran, Turkey, and Italy, but I cant leave the axis to start the war. Any tricks or console commands to make it I can make the war happen.

Not sure if that would work but you could try changing your ideology. Start civil war and win as rebels, new country shouldn't be part of axis.

Try dismantle faction, click on you flag to get to the political tab and there should be an option next to you leader portrait by the box Axis.

While this would work, it is important to remember that the AI nations may join the war to help protect it's Axis' interests, so you could be fighting a major internal and external war at the same time.

This option doesn't seem to work unless you are the only member of said faction (At least from what I've learnt as the Allies as the UK).

According to the wiki, if you change your ideology, then the other nations *should* leave the faction. However, they don't always seem to do so, or seem to be taking their sweet time about it

Yes in my experience you change ideology, then anyone not puppeted leaves the faction, then you should be able to dismantle - but like you it is based on the UK.

Problem for me is that I'm doing an Ironman run - going for the WC as the UK. I flipped to Facist almost 2 years ago, and no-one has left the faction. This isn't the first time I've had this happen either. Part of me wonders if the Ai is taking into account my strength and total size - I've eaten a ton of land, and just finished a total conquest of Japan in preperation to strike at the heart of the USSR.

Every nation within the Allies hates my guts, but refuses to leave, most likely because they know what will happen.

Still, it's annoying as hell. I'll keep going, I still have time for them to leave the faction, just wish there was an easy way to get them out

Deploy a few nukes. That made Norway leave my faction as fascist UK.

It is easy at very begin of game as Germany. Dismantle Axis and Axis not existed at all... :)

I know how to dismantle it, but I just want to leave it. But as the founder I cant leave it, and I cant destroy it untill no one else is in it.

What console command would I use
