Upgrades?
Hey guys, i have a question for you pros out there. How the hell can i get Infantry Weapons 2 to upgrade to all my units faster? i start from 99,000 and it takes YEARS to even get to 55,000 and by that time its 1942 and infantry weapons 3 is being researched. How can i get it to where i can upgrade all my units in at least a couple years?

Assign more factorys to produce lvl2 guns. Research machining tools so your production efficiency goes up etc.

You are not limited to only one production line per type of weapon. If you need (and can afford) set up 4-5 production lines for infantry weapons.

Also try to reduce attrition losses so you don't have to build a lot of extras to replenish before you have even upgraded all of them.

Adjust equipment priorities by theater and division type in order to get the best equipment to units that need it the most and delay upgrades for those that have little need for it.

Never only have 3-4 factories producing inf equipmnent, it should be your most heavily produced item.

I thought you meant individual factories, that's enough really

all good, but it takes forever to get everything upgraded. like i said 55,000 still needed upgrades while researching weapons 3......

Building units such as garrisons (low priority munitions) MPs, infantry and tanks. while fighting four fronts England island, italy, hungry and denmark at the time

Yeah, fighting 4 fronts is what's "killing" that production. The recruitment page shows you how much is going to training and how to resupplying.

If you use stuff a lot you need to... build more of the stuff? Well toodles
MaGicBush Jul 8, 2016 @ 7:06pm
Try adjusting the priorities around if you need to. After an upgrade I tend to switch reinforcements to low and upgrades to high for a bit(but I don't fight in that many fronts at once so it would be a bad idea in that situation lol).

I see... I shall try this then, after i "liberate" poland and france should just wait around for a year or so and stop all training except for garrisons and MP units! Thanks guys! ill try this out!

You can assign divisions to a theater and then set a priority for the entire theater. They don't necessarily have to be geographically separate theaters

Another thing you can do is assign troops to a training army. You can remove them once they become regulars and assign them to a different army. This can use up somewhat less equipment this way since you won't be wasting equipment training regulars alongside other troops that can actually benefit from the training.
