This site was pretty active long ago,and then release date for HOI 4 was delayed and it sort of went silent.
I guess Paradox limited marketing resources went into pushing Stellaris and hoping HOI will push itself by its legacy.

I believe that secret DLC may have been the Polish national focus tree DLC (which everyone buying any version of the game will be receiving).

It's not the Polish DLC, it'll most likely be extra skins. If it's game mechanic related, there'll be a lot of shltstorm from people that didn't sign up for it.

I imagine it will be some type of soilder skin or something. Probably two different sides, because if I remember correctly when you signed up you choose either the Axis or Allies. So I won't be suprised based on which side you picked you get a small skin pack for that side. It for sure will not be anything mechanic related. I imagine its kind of like the DLC you got if you played that Stellaris clicker game that was up for a short while.

They already confirmed that the secret DLC is a Rocket Skin-DLC which everyone will get. Those that signed-up will also get some forum icons and I believe it was some wallpapers. They said it in the long Red France World War Wednesday Developer Twitch stream.
