Remove an annoying core

So, what is the deal with this command?

Seeing as how I can't demand a province I want from a puppet, I decided to set myself as the controller, then gave myself a core there. Now the puppet is pissed because they have a core there also.

I want to remove that core ASAP. Console command doesn't work, and the save file is disorganized to the point that I have no idea where to even find my provinces.

Any help is much appreciated.

As an FYI, I don't want to be lectured about cheating. This is a last resort.

not sure if it will allow exactly what you need in that saved games but easybuff mod has lots of options related to cores
