How to change government of country in faction

Hi, I'm playing as Germany and I have Turkey in my faction, with the Non-Aligned party in power. However, I want to change their government to Fascist. Since they are in my faction, I can't coup them, and it seems I can't kick them out or make war on them in any way. I'm currently boosting popularity of the Fascist party in Turkey, but with no elections, how will this help me?

I have always boosted their popularity, but it takes time when they change it. I remember when I played as Argentina, Romania and some fascist nation and always success to change their goverment type, but it takes time. No worry. :)

Once popularity is above 50%, there's a chance that a "natural" coup will happen, without you instigating one.

Note that since you can't kick people out of your faction as leader, and puppet can't change governemnt at all, its possible to get stuck in some situations.
eg: Target country is puppet of a faction member : can't coup, can't start war, can't boost popularity....

It happens but it is a random event and they can take a different choice that removes ~10% fascist influence and you have to get it back up. When I went for the achievement British Raj was the last one that wasn't fascist. I let the game run in the background and it took about ~3h and 5 ingame years to flip them to fascist because they took the other choice 4 times.
