You then select a Division template (say "Infantry") and click train.
Pretty sure it's covered in the in-game tutorial.
Edit : Each Division requires both manpower and "stuff" (Rifles, tanks...) You produce those in the Production tab
Units also fully deploy, if they have a State selected when they finally hit max training - though as mentioned you can deploy soldiers before they fully complete their training.
thx but already know this. :)
Ah! now that is a piece of what i am missing, so your saying once completed they will not appear on map UNTIL i set a deployment region? is that what you mean?
Note that troop will only deploy automatically when fully trained and fully equiped, but you can force them to deploy manually when they have reached 20% training (they'll be Green recruits, though)
Once you have selected a deployment region, you can also pre-select a battleplan so they'll join directly the frontline and get ready
You also cannot force a unit to deploy until it is at least 20% trained (which means it will need at least 20% equipment as well).
What i said above also applies to your explanation, maybe they should contact certain people on these forums and ask you guys to write up a sort of manual and i would go as far to say maybe payment of some kind to you both if you collaborated on a manul together and submit to paradox.
just a thought once again much appreciated to all the guys who chipped in with some CLEAR explanation.
Cheers! :)
Well...I mean...they did. Where do you think I got all this information?
