Where is mod folder for this game?

I have found a mod which I would like to use, but can't find mod folder.

Does anyone knows where I could get mods besides Steam? I got a non-steam version of the game, so Steam mods wouldn't work for me( I think).

Some mods have external links like Media fire, just look through the description. Could also try moddb or the modding forums.

It can be bought without steam (at any retail store) but it usually asks you to set it up via steam. As it is related to steam however you can add it to your steam library and the workshop content should work fine

Thank you for answearing to my thread, but I noticed HoI4 is kinda repetitive, so I stopped playing it for now.

For anyone still wondering I found my Hoi4 mod folder here: C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\394360.
