Can I Delete/Disband a Division?

Is there anyway to delet or disband my army divisions? (Note: I do not mean delete the templat, or upgrading older units, I mean actual divisions already deployed in the field).

Like is there any way to take my 20, 2 infantry Colonial Units and just outright delete them, return their manpower to the countries pool, and send the equipment back to storage? I don't need them, but also don't have the resources to spend upgrading them to frontline units and then train them to Regular level...

(And if you for some reason can't do this, anyone got a mod for this? :D )
