how to cancel moving unit?

i set commander to garrison area then accident right click on the map send entire troop go to only one position and everything mess up.i try to delete order but look like it not works.

Right click the cancel order button on the fart right of the battle planner? That'll ask you to delete all plans, otherwise pressing H should halt your troops where they are (I think)

You could just ctrl + left click the area you marked them to garrison
