How do i mod a flag with out having it go black completley

I figured it out, you have to save it 24-bit and cant compress(RLE)

hi i have the same issue i did every thing when i load the game up my flag is on the load bar but once in game the black flag is still there can u help thanks

yes i did with same result idk wat iam doing wrong my flag only shows up on the load bar not in game

here are the erros i get when i start the game as my country

Well I hope you aren't exporting for one and ummm I would suggest if not already, switch the rgb

You click save or save as instead of export

i got the flags into the game witch is asome but there upside down do i just need to turn them up sided down in photo shop to fix ?
