Can you change the template a unit follows?
For example, if I have 20 divisions using one template, can I change 10 of them to another template while leaving the rest unchanged?

yes, crete new template first (msot likely duplicate and adjust what you wish).

Click directly on division you want to change to get on unit details screen, there is button change unit template.

Yes you can.Duplicate your template,chang it how you want.Then select a divison and click on the division icon,then you can change the division template on the upper left corner
