How does reliability work?
Is there any reason to have over 100%? If I hit 100% with the boost from maintenance companies will I take no casualties from attrition?

100% reliability is the hard cap, going over has no benefit.

Maintenance companies are confusing. Level 1 gives 25% and i imagine it is applied the same way as design companies. As a % modifier on the base 80. Which should add up to 100% reliable and make all further levels of the maintanance company pretty much useless.
