Focus Bypassing
Well as the USSR i accepted the Molotov Pact... and it Bypassed all of the USSR focuses that gives me claims everywhere, yet i do not get any claims.... is this supposed to happen? if so thats stupid, it basically means that if you want to do the focus to get free claims you have to decline the Pact which makes you spend more PP on top of the PP you will spend doing the focus and makes it so Germany can attack you at anytime if they wanted

Yes, having a focus bypassed means you can pick one that requires it as a prerequisite, but it also means you won't get the bonus effect from it.

And actually that is a little weird. Secretly, the Molotov-Ribbetrop Pact divided the eastern countries within spheres of influence among Germany and the Soviet Union, so accepting should actually enable you to get claims in many countries. I haven't played with the Soviet Union, so there might be another reason for this, I'm not sure.

yes a bypass is there to skip a focus. and not give you the effect of the bypassed focus.
its used so that other focus items might be(if requirements are met). should a focus no longer be relevant.

as to the claims of the USSR, i don't know, have not played as USSR yet.

The russian focus tree is really screwy. You really have to tiptoe around it to get the most out of it.

well like 6 months later im getting my "claims" ... basically its sending ultimatums to all the baltic countrys and romania to give me their land or i get conquer wargoals on them, but im getting like atleast 5 send ultimatum events for each country.... i think it broke, even if they deny the ultimatum the game just keeps sending them until they accept..... which i dont think is supposed to happen
