Can we change the country in Single Player?

Like Multiplayer when you want to load the save you can choose any country freely

can we do the same with Single player campaign?

you can if your not playing ironman i think or with console commands

In singleplayer with ironman off you can open console with tilde (~) and type "tag XXX" to switch to that country. The XXX is the 3 letter denotion for the country you want to switch to. Example:

ENG = UK (england)
SOV = Soviet Union
GER = Germany
USA = USA
♥♥♥ = Japan

Most of the time it's the first 3 letters of the countries name. I have not yet found a full list to referecne, however.
