Can't get past tutorial

So, I can't get past the tutorial part when I'm supposed to choose a division in Eritrea

The task is "Number of selected divisions (Eritrea)..." and no matter what I click I can't finish it.

well click your troops and put them into an army? (bottom middle portrait)

select troops and assign them to the portrait at the bottom...

left click, hold and drag a box over that entire region of italian forces(there are 14divisions there).
Then just like AeneaS said, at the bottom click on the green + to add them to a army, Select the army, and in the left top add a commander to the army.
