Danzig or war

Enyone know if it is posible to make poland give danzig and not make war ?
I tryed several times now in diff ways they allways end up with poland goes to war.

Yes it is possible.

They usually give up, if no one garanteed them. For that, you need to be fast, 25% tension and the UK/France will garantee them.

stil have a hard time understand how not to get tensione uk allways makes the garantee for poland before I get to danzig or war optione.

I got Danzig, and the game stopped. Peace came till the end of our time as the warmongers in the West didn't know what to do.

Are you playing with historical AI disabled? Because otherwise they'll probably nearly always choose war because, uh, you know, history.

yeaaaaa I had history...tryed without but then EVERY other country denyed me everything lol.

I tend to make them turn them fash which then increases the chance of it working, that being said war tends to be easier as you want to take poland as an entirely not just a single region.

Poland rarely gives it up, but it is possible. It pretty much screwed one of my germany games XD

I boosted relations with them first. I don't know if that helped or not. Still seems there is some randomness.

Yep its fun when i try to make it as close to history as possible so I can just try and defend poland. But you can try rekt germany in 1936. 40 divisions of poland + the new ones youll recruit will annihilate every army/divisions germany has in 1936. And yes, no one will care. Aside from those democratic countries hating you for creating world tension, germany doesnt have any allies yet in its axis faction at that time.

Annexing all of Czechoslovakia will open up the Slovakia for Danzig focus. In my games Poland usually accepts this deal.

Yes, it possible, political pressure with a spy, exchange danzig for slovakia focus, positive relations, big ass army on the border, anything that pressures Poland to give in 'helps' them to see the light.
