Is it possible to use cheats on coop with a friend

No but you can save your Co op game then load it up in singleplayer and then cheat,save it and load it in multiplayer :P

Use cheats in what regard? You can create a mod where you give yourself more units, better tech, more factories, better generals, higher national unity, change your ruling faction etc.etc. and play that together with your buddy in MP!

Or you can tell me what you want to have "cheated" into your country and I could build a little mod for you for that! ; ) Shouldn't take too long to make a mod to improve 2 countries a bit!

We wanted to use instant construction cause its a pain in the but to wait for them to build

Instant Production? Well the production gets really fast if you have the +10% construction speed techs, the war economy and +contruction speed advisor. Then your factories will only take a very short amount of time. I could build you a mod where you both start with for example additional 100 factories and start on war-economy and with the construction tech already researched. Then your building should be produced so fast that you will want it to decrease because you are churning out factories so fast that you are running out of building space to produce new ones! ; )

If you mean console commands, they will not work in MP.

they are work I have seen right now in the mp, with 14 radoms. A Poland player added 1,4 million of every equipment and manpower. I looked it up in the save after the game. ♥♥♥♥ IT IS POSSIBLE !!!!!! WHY PARADOX!!! YOU IDIOTS!

Sounds like someone downloaded a trainer or something of the sort. I have tried everything and nothing works except saving the game, loading it in SP, activating cheats then saving and reloading that save in multiplayer.

Also why would you want instant construction? the game is easy as it is against the AI that would just make it cheesy asf.

If you are loading mission in SP, then MP, do the player countries get AI? I just do not want to make it like all other countries gonna be ruined by AI

If you keep the game paused or use the AI console command then no.
