How do you invade Germany as the United States?
I can't figure out how to transport troops via ships. It's so annoying. I've looked up tutorials but nothing has helped. It seems that all of my ports are out of range or something. Also, I sent out a fleet manually, and it refused to go any further because "We know too little about this region".

Any help would be greatly appreciated

try u-boats for the sea regions and do multiple invations of at max 10 units (varies on transport readerched) or you can ask for expeditionary forces fromm allies in europe

I'm not allied with them. Don't you have to be?

Sending a fleet manually into a sea region does nothing. Give it a mission. Select a fleet, missions are square icons at the top left.

You need naval superiority to send out naval invasion.

To move troops you have 2 option, move manually, tell them to go to a port, once there tell them to travel to another port across the water, convoy ships are used for that. You can see how many convoys you have by looking at the top of the hud.

To do a naval invasion, select your army, left click on a friendly port you want invasion to start from, right click on target. Troops will find their own way to port of origin. (I might have mixed up the left-right clickd)

Make sure you only select enough troops that ur tech allows to invade with. (First tech level max is 10 divisions for invasion)

Hope that helps.

If ur not allied wih UK request military access. No nation in their right mind would just allow u to park troops on theIR shores

You have to control the "Sea path" your units will travel on. Which means you have to have ships in all the zones that your naval invasion will cross through.

You have to have your troops sitting on a port (Preferably a British one).
Have each invasion under a seperate commander.
Click the "Naval invasion option" in the battle plans.
Left click on the port you want* to DEPART from.
Right click on the port/land you want to invade.

Airborne assualts are pretty much the same as well.

So the only way to do invasions on other continents is to get military access from someone?

No, it's just safer/easier to do it from somewhere closer to where you are going to invade. But you have to have ships patroling in every zone your troops will pass through on their way to do the invasion.

But I can't have ships patrol every region. It always gives me some ♥♥♥♥ error like "We don't know enough about this region!" or for airplanes it will say that they have no coverage. I don't know how to fix those errors

If you have no friendly ports its going to be a mess to try to invade from the Eastern Seaboard. You don't need naval supremecy to transport ships from your ports to a friendly port so I would suggest getting friendly with spain or UK.
