As a person of polish heritage and proud of the history that comes with it, I'd say that story is one of the more amazing things to come from WWII
I "controlled" Hamadan but the achievement didn't fire. If you transfer the area to a faction ally the achievement will then work. ie I was at war with Iran and transferred hamadan per diplomacy to a faction member.
Any other questions add them here
Thank you! I was waiting for a year, then I tried giving Hamandan to my ally estonia after reading your post. Got it the next day.
It was nice to help you. (Estonia).
After all, this achievement is easier than surviving as France the first days of any kind of war.
Or is it only available for the one playthrough you do the achievement in?
(I mean, i doubt thats how it works... but worth a shot :P )
Sadly our brave General must be re-earned in the same way (?).
