So it´s their standard focus?
I dont know, I literally just had Japan join the Allies, I basically restarted the game, because I ended up getting Hungary in the Axis instead...Apples to Oranges, if you will.
Weirdest thing I've ever seen.
Thye joined the Axis faction (so they didn´t, probably, go the Italy First focus) and joined the so called german-polish war.
Meanwhile I could call all commonwealth members, so that evens numbers, but US will probably need a sneaky attack from Japan or other focus to be able to join us.
Not necessarily, I played as the USA once, it was actually...too easy...
Japan never attacked any of my lands even though they were part of the Axis, UK and France just up and added me to the Allies one day and then asked me to help in the war, even when Japan declared they never even made an attempt to attack. I sent my Pacific fleet out and pretty much had naval superiority from the get go.
After I beachheaded the invasion into France, I literally just watched Germany crumble, in Fact, I pushed Germany all the way back past Warsaw.
Other than the fact that they are still Fascist 100%, I have no idea what their focuses are, but looking at the tree, there is literally nothing there to help them boost Allied anything. Otherwise, they are only at war with Mongolia after capitulating China.
US, Soviets, Somewhat Germany (haven't actually played them, I don't like how mainstream that is (yes, I said it, shoot me)), and France seem to just snowball into unkillableness for the player vs. AI after 1940.I had enough factories to cover everything in the USm and if I played longer, I probably could have had so many that I didn't know what to do with them, like in my USSR game (700+ factories all East of the Urals, Germany didn't stand a chance, screw what I was actually equipping my army with).
Even Japan gets easy after you consume all of China, then bide the time. Seriously I expected it to be hard, at least the way they wrote the intro for it
Hell, I want an actual challenge for all of it. I haven't made it to 1948 cause I keep winning in '43. An no, the "Veteran" thing is just stupid in terms of difficulty or actually changing the AI to not be so think
