setcontroller [country tag] [province id]
i have tried it but it doesn't really work, selected state does become mine on a map and i can build forts in that state, but when i try to build a factorys or air or naval bases it its says its a foreign territory, can someone please explain to me what am i doing wrong here.
first, you need to use "setcontroller [country tag] [province id]" .
check if the state is own by your country by 51% or more.
if YES, continue with "setowner [country tag] [state id]".
if NO, redo the "setcontroller [country tag] [province id]" with different province id. Do this until you own the state by 51% or more.
then, continue with "setowner [country tag] [state id]".
NOTE : pause the game when doing this.
OP wants to change the owner of an state? What this have to do with the game working or not?
Anyway, from what I have seen here, people normally use the command console to cheat, anexing countries without fighting, etc...
Just type "op" into the console and click on the provinces you want to have then use setowner
