Report a translation problem
1.) There is no money in this game.
2.) Trading - Trading works like this. For every 8 resources you import (take in) you trade one of your civilian (construction) factories to the provider. So say I, Japan, want to import 16 oil from U.S.A. They provide me with 16 units of Oil, I provide them with 2 civilian factories for as long as the trade lasts. This means that I have two less factories to use to build stuff.
3.) Population - You start being able to recruit x-amount of your population. National Ideas (click on flag and then the big national ideas tab next to leader) can let you research things that increase this %. In the same flag page you can also change your conscription laws (for diplomatic points) that will give you different amount of conscription % or more troops.
4.) Factories - They take a long time to build. When you go to construction and click on build civiian factories, click on a province with a free building slot and it will then appear in the construction que. You will then see how many factories are actually working on it. In the same screen you can see how many total factories you have. Depending on your trade laws etc some of your civilian factories will automatically be assigned making consumer goods and others might be used up in trade agreements.
When looking at your build que it should show something like 13/15 factories building. This is how many factories are working on that project. I think the max you can have is 15 factories working on a single project. More the better. If it says 0/15 it means you have no factories assigned (as you do not have enough).

There is no cost/money in this game, at least not in the way you think.
Your armies only require manpower and equipment, manpower you can only get some monthly or you can change your conscription policy, their is also some national ideas that increase your manpower. Equipment you get from your military factories.

2. Would you advise me to NOT trade at all until I haven't build as many factories as possible?
3. I did some conscription laws, but there seem to be only like 3 laws and one of them can influence population.
4. How many factories should I construct at the beginning? Or how many buildings should I construct in the beginning anyway?
To answer your questions
1.) Trade or not trade at start - I think it depends. Ideally if you can dedicate your civilian factories to building more civilian factories that is good but sometimes, especially if you need to boost military production (tanks, gear, planes etc) and lack the resources you need to trade. Personally I try to have at least 15 dedicated civ factories building new stuff. Only once I have a minimum of 15 do I trade but again you can experiment to see what suits you.
2.) Conscription Laws - Personally I have it at limited conscription (default) unless I really need the manpower as others have some severe penalties. National Focus IDeas might be better. For example, as Japan, the first Idea I get is Spiritual focus or something like that, it gives me +5% recruitable pop. This means my manpower increased from 900k to 2.5m in 70 days :D Not sure what nation you are playing but check out if they have similar ideas.
3.) Others could weigh in here but I focus mainly on civilian factories first unless I am going to be fighting. More civ factores = quicker construction. But remember leave space for ports, military factories and synthetic refineries (if applicable). For me, at the very begining I want at least 15 civs available for building but will want much more as a move along. But depends on situation. As Japan I am prepareing for a war with china so need to also divert some factories to trade and also building military factories.
