How do you check how many divisions ur enemy has?

As stated above where do i have to click to see how many divisions, airforce units etc. your enemies have? Do i have to decrypt it first?

decryption and encryption = intel i believe..

Click the icon that has a explosion and red exclamation mark on it. It will show the progress of the war including casualties and the estimated number of divisions of the enemy. It's just an estimate but sometimes it's pretty inaccurate. I think placing radar stations along your border plus researching decryption would improve the accuracy of the estimate.

with no units selected, right click on the target country on the map. This brings up the diplomacy window. Above all the diplomatic options, about halfway up the window, is a "details" tab. Click that to see aproximate numbers for their divsions/factories/etc. The better your decryption is (and the weaker their encryption is) the more accurate these numbers will be.
