How to put troops in transport for aircraft and transport for ships?

It's a 4 step process. Read the wiki.

Both have the same principle. Aircraft you put units (That can be parachuted) on an airbase with transport aircraft that that base. You select the paradrop option in the battle plan. You left click the airport you wish to depart from (Preferablly the one you are already standing on). And then click on the province you want to go to. Then "Execute the order". Same with Naval transport far as I'm aware.
